Casey Key Shoreline Emergency Repair Project

When the coastline gives way, response matters.
Following coastal erosion and storm damage, North Casey Key Road needed emergency repair. The project, in collaboration with partner Continental Heavy Civil, rebuilt the shoreline protection system with a permanent seawall, steel sheet piling, and granite armor stone, creating a stronger foundation for the roadway above.
Milestone supplied the armor stone that made it possible.
