Fuel Surcharge (FSC)
A fuel surcharge applies when highway diesel exceeds $3.25/gallon on the EIA Gulf Coast Average. The rate increases 1% for each $0.10/gallon over $3.25, adjusted weekly. Click here for realtime fuel rates.
Example: EIA Gulf Coast at $5.82 = 26% FSC. $18.50 base rate + 26% FSC = $23.31 per ton effective pay rate.
